Small companies, One Person Companies and dormant companies need only one meeting in each half of the calendar year, at least 90 days apart.
The first AGM must be held within nine months from the end of the first financial year. Later AGMs must be held within six months from the end of the financial year, and not more than 15 months after the previous AGM. One Person Companies do not need to hold an AGM.
